Montgomery County Greenhouse Gas Reduction
Task Force
 
The Montgomery County Commissioners formed a task force in January 2007
to develop a plan for reducing greenhouse gas emissions in the county.  The Montgomery County Greenhouse Gas Reduction Task Force consisted of representatives from the business community, clean air advocates, government, transportation, and academic institutions.  The task force established recommendations to reduce greenhouse gas production in the county and developed the plan, Greenprint for Montgomery County:  Climate Change Action Plan.  The County Commissioners adopted the plan on
